John has always been extremely helpful and conscience of the customers need for a fair price and most economical solution for his customer. I've worked with him several times over the past couple of years and make an effort to return to this Metro location when I

The manager, John, is THE guy to talk to with your cellphone problems. Not only will he help fix it but he will do everything possible to make you feel appreciated. Goes above and BEYOND what ANY other manager of ANY store I've ever visited has done. Way to go man! Thank you for all of your help! Make sure to speak with John!

Very Poor staff, bought a phone from metro back at the start of the year, since I got the phone its had problems reading the sim card forcing me to restart the device anytime I need to use data or make a phone call, went in today to try and figure out the issue and all the staff did was belittle me by claiming I should have been paying for insurance since the phone was bought outright. Very rude caused me to leave the store upset I ever trusted T-mobile or any of its sibling companies.
