I wish i could give zero stars. The workers (2 ladies in particular they know what they did) decided it was ok to ban me after i came in earlier that day asking a simple request . I needed to switch my phone unfortunately another customer walked in who was charging her phone behind the counter. She was harassing the worker and me verbally. The worker then was as kind as they could be. They handed over the womans phone from behind the counter as she was demanding to see it. Almost yelling at the employee. I said calmly to please leave me alone and wait her turn , that made this woman extremely angry. She began to assalt me verbally and directly. As she walked out she was threatening violence and then suddenly she back handed me on the back of my head. I started crying. And I was anxious to leave. The employee didn't offer to help me or call the police. This was an extremely violating experience.
The employee did have plans to help me with my phone and did get it working for a moment . I went to go sit outside to get some air and smoke a cigarette after the worker tried to skip helping me and was trying to help the next 3 people in line behind me . I felt publicly humiliated and discriminated . I was almost wishing i was never born.
So once i was able to relax a little i came back to be told by the next 2 employees that i was not allowed back . I took pictures and left immediately . Now looking for the photos i see the employees must've figured out how to delete my photos remotely 😕😕i feel like i was teamed up on and banned for their own personal reasons. So unprofessional i am literally terrified to ever go back to this store. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get names .
I used to prefer the store on Bryant (corporate store) but then one day I walked by and they said that all corporate stores are closing and this was one of the stores we discussed that i could go to instead. I had been here but they never had the selection i wanted. Now that all corporate stores have closed metro by T-Mobile appears to be putting more effort into dealers like this. Selection has greatly improved! I got my most recent upgrade here and i had such a positive experience i brought my friend here instead of downtown. This store took the time to help my friend keep his number after he lost his phone which is very time consuming. They also upgraded me while allowing me to keep my number, which i have been doing for years.... I saw another review stated that it wasn't happening for them but you just need the info from your account or your old phone so they can send a text. I'll say I'm sticking with metro... I've been a dedicated customer for over a decade AT LEAST lol!!!
