This apartment community manager (some black or brown guy) is so unprofessional. If you ask for help, he will raise his voice and he wont care if you are an animal or a human. I was charged unreasonable amount that showed i left stuff in my apartment which i never did. This is how this community loots you at the end when you leave your apartment.

Maintenance requests will go unanswered for weeks, even months at a time no matter how serious the issue is! Our washer has been leaking for over a month with multiple maintenance requests filed and multiple phone calls made, still no response.
