the therapist are amazing the office staff are rude and unprofessional. I was told by Amanda front desk that I had to either let my minor go into room alone without me or have my 7 year old child wait in the car. This was after front desk staff had me cancel my previous appointment for booking at wrong location and was sent home after arriving. Therefore missing work for no reason. Amanda refused to give me a managers number or a managers email address and only provided me with the regular information email that is on the business card. totally unprofessional. *Update some time after this review I was contacted by “Norma” to take down my review. And sent me a cease and assist. She told me I was lying about my experience and demanded I take down the review. She did not willingly acknowledge what was done was wrong I had to keep explaining that this treatment is not only unprofessional but unjust. She threatened me further with legal action if I did not take down my review. My attorney confirmed that it was illegal to do what she did. I say unjust because the same day she called me from a restricted number to remove my review I was sent a letter terminating services. This is unfortunate as a parent of a child with special needs.
First we got an email confirmation about my baby first appointment, the email was titled for someone else, that's okay, I understand mistake happens as they may just copy and paste the email template.
For his first appointment, I took a day off to bring my 18month old to his first session. No one informed us that the patient (who is a 18month old baby) also needed to wear mask. And so we were told to switch to zoom session. It's a total waste of time, do not recommend this place.
