My 95 yr old mother had an appt. We were 15 mins late. Yes we were late but if anyone has dealt w a 95 yr old feeble person it’s a monumental effort to get anywhere. And it was raining. They wouldn’t see her. Don’t go to this inconsiderate doctors group.
