Doctor is okay but the scheduling and staff are not concerned with the patients or their needs. Trying to get a prescription refilled and unable to do so without an office visit. Not able to get through left message with no response. Message stating don’t leave multiple messages but they don’t respond within the promised timeframe. Called back now three weeks no medication and was advised the next appointment is another month out. Will be finding an alternative provider ASAP!!! Horrible customer service

my appointments have been change 3 times ...I made my first appointment, they called me to inform me doctor will not be in that day, made second appointment, then called again told doctor no longer sees patients on Fridays, made third appointment, they called again saying the doctor wants me to get another test approval and done else where before seeing me. Now i can't even talk to a nurse or person, waiting to get called back. I haven't even been to this place and already u I p set...
