Michael Sutton went all out for us. He was able to meet with us immediately and incorporated all our preferences into a search for our condo. He is extra knowledgeable about the area, having lived here most of his life. I appreciated his background as a general contractor when evaluating the quality of construction, as well as his willingness to drive us around on tours of neighborhoods and wherever else we needed to go. Perhaps most importantly, he and his wife, Shelly Potvin, are very connected in local real estate networks, which ultimately was crucial in us being the winning bid with twelve offers. We were pleasantly surprised at the in-depth techniques and strategies they used to help us buy our new home even though we were not the highest offer. We highly recommend Michael.

We'd like to express how IMPRESSED we are with Michael Sutton. He is a consummate professional in a field of many. He handled the market-prep work which made it so easy for us, including not paying until our home closed escrow. We greatly appreciated how he recommended specific updates which appealed to today's buyers, which ultimately resulted in many offers from which to choose. His negotiating skills resulted in a higher sales price than we had dreamed of. What a great day that was!

Michael was our Realtor when we bought our Townhome in Santa Clara and we were so impressed with his knowledge the first time, we didn't hesitate to select him to represent us in listing our home. At first, we wanted to wait and sell a few months later based on our schedules, but Michael strongly suggested we sell during a particular week, as he tracks historical trends. Frankly, this was not a particularly good timing for us, but we took his advice. We are pleased to say he was spot-on! We sold our home with more than 25 offers (yes...25!), and best of all....22% over the asking price which was much higher than any other sale in our development! Additionally, he negotiated three months free rent back! We cannot say enough about how he was on top of aspect and how smooth the transaction went...we didn't have to worry about a thing. Michael is fun to work with and knows his stuff! We highly recommend him. He is our Realtor for life.
