Great place to shop. Good selection and prices. Cashiers and floor help was terrific! Ask for Mary. She is wonderful, helpful, polite, and friendly.

Came in for a quick purchase but never got to actually purchase my items. I like this particular Michael's though I felt really disappointed today that I waited about 10 minutes at the register for an associate to ring me up, and nobody ever showed up. I did eventually leave the register to find any employees in the literal front half of the store, but couldn't find anybody. I didn't feel like I should have to walk the entire store to find an associate, after waiting 10 minutes at the registers in the first place, so I left right after this.
It was around 9:50a-10:00a, Oct 7th.
Otherwise, store is usually well kept and the employees I have interacted with before have always been very pleasant.

Aww ya! Michaels has you covered. Great glass selection for all my holiday projects. So right as you walk in it’s bam! Craft products and season stuff right in your face. Love it! Have always been able to find what it is I need. Can get everything on the internet sure, but if you want to measure, feel, compare this is it. The frame selection is also quite good. The house brand frames are great and you can usually find then in some kind of deal offering buy 2 get 1 free or something. Overall great place.
