100,000% would choose Michi Catering all over again for any event that requires catering. Everyone we've chatted with after our wedding has said the food was amazing and they were so full at the end of the night. They were amazed by how often the appetizers came around during cocktail hour. None of the guests had to scout for those food trays because they came around so often.

We chose Michi Catering because of the variety of options they are able to make and the LIVE SUSHI STATION. I'm pretty sure as soon as they mentioned that, I looked to my (now) husband and my eyes were saying 'we need to hire them'. We both love sushi and it was a huge hit at the wedding.

We communicated with both Mike and Raphael throughout our planning phase and they were very responsive, even if it was just a simple question. We love that they're AAPI + family owned; and they're just super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely made things less stressful and they absolutely delivered on the day-of.

The only thing I'm sad about is that I didn't get to eat everything on our wedding day but at least we tried everything during the food tasting :)

Michi Catering is incredible. Hard stop. But if you want to know why:

Food - Sure my wedding was beautiful. But the number one thing people kept on telling me was the food. We had so much fun picking the menu with the incredible variety and quality of ingredients that Michi offered. It was the ultimate combination of all the Asian cuisines we love. The live station was so unique. Lamb and sea bass were standouts.

Drinks - Michi had offered so much variety in cocktails and the bartenders were fire. If it wasn't my wedding, I would've had more.

Service - The Michi team goes above and beyond to service guests. We had a guest whose dietary restrictions weren't known before the event, and Mr. Michi himself went to make her a special dish. I didn't even know about this until after the wedding but it warmed my heart that he went above and beyond to take care of my guests as I would have.

Value - Most importantly, picking Michi means that you get a lot of value for your money. When comparing vendors, it's hard to understand the apples to apples comparison of what's included/not included. The biggest difference of Michi's package is that it includes rentals from Standard. But there's nothing Standard about these rentals. The rentals have a lot of variety that you can put together a magazine worthy event without paying anything extra for design of plates, cutlery, glassware, and linens. This is HUGE savings.

Michi Fam - More important than the catering vendor is the people behind the service. I have so much respect and adoration for the Michi family. This is a family run business and I had the biggest smile on my face every time I got to see Mr. Michi throughout the tastings and the day of the event.
