We purchased our six seat Caldera spa from Mike’s direct a few years ago. The sales staff were professional and knowledgeable and Mike answers our questions about the inner workings with the spa which gave us a lot of confidence with our purchase. The delivery and set up was smooth and professional. Anytime we have an issue or a concern they are always willing to help and provide great customer service.

Had a great experience with Mikes Factory Direct. I ended up buying a floor model and they full detailed it and came with a 5 year warranty. Amazing service beginning to end. Bill Gerardi was a huge help running me through the models and differences and also helped talk me through the setup once the hot tub arrived. The delivery team was also first class and got the hot tub in a difficult spot over a wall. Highly recommend!!!!

The entire learning experience and shopping experience was exceptional. Bill G at Mikes Factory direct was informative, helpful and no pressure. He and the Team truly knows the systems and water details w the salt systems and even did an on site orientation with u Ms at delivery. I’d recommend Mikes factory direct to anyone in the market.
