They quickly got me in to view any house and encouraged seeing as many as I could to help make an informed decision. They have helped me build an understanding of the home buying process as a first time home buyer and helped strategize in order to get that winning offer in a hot Bellingham market. 🔥🔥

As first time homebuyers, it's tough to put into words how helpful Keith and Miranda were throughout the whole process. Keith’s residential inspection knowledge and Miranda’s attention to detail were very useful during property viewings. Their experience and understanding of the market also provided great context in comparing property values. They were patient and coached us through each step of the process. The communication was excellent, and their schedule was very flexible. They bring a wide range of experience to the table and make the process more exciting than stressful. They also provided excellent references for home inspectors and mortgage lenders. We did not feel pressured in any way throughout the process. We truly felt that Keith and Miranda were honest, caring, and wanted us to find a home that fit us best. You are in good hands with Miranda and Keith!

I’ve worked with Miranda and Keith and they were amazingly kind and supportive through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and always looking out for my best interest. They helped me look for over a year and a half, they gave great advice and honest feedback. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. I’m happily living in my new home thanks to their patience and kindness!
