I want to thank Terri Kaminski and Shannon Morgan for all there help both selling our old home and purchasing our new home. We were so fortunate to engage them. Yes, my wife has known Terri for over 40 years and I have known her for over 30 yet we could have worked with anyone and chose her and Shannon for many good reasons. First, integrity. She says what she means and means what she says. Her and Shannon keep their word. They are straight shooters and represented every aspect of both the sale and purchase both of our homes clearly and accurately. Second, they are consummate professionals. In a crowded field of brokers - many very good ones - they are exceptional. They patiently explained the overall plan and process to us and provided the alternatives. They did such a superlative job also representing our home for sale. We feel they represented our interests (and the interests of the buyers even though the buyers had their own representative). Lastly, the experience is stressful regardless - but they made the whole experience enjoyable. We could not be more thrilled with the process and outcome all around! Thank you Terri and Shannon! They brought in an amazing designer to optimize the remodel for our local market – not just follow the latest trends. Mo-Minski worked hand and hand with the designer to create the perfect space for the clientele we were targeting. The project was on a tight timeline due to rapidly changing market conditions in our area so we couldn’t miss our deadline. Through the team’s continuous collaboration, deep knowledge of real estate, and excellent communication the project completed at exactly the right time to put the property on market. They couldn’t have timed it any more perfectly.
When I went to buy my next property, there was no question I had to work with Mo-Minski again. We found the perfect place. The property was on the market for a while and had deferred maintenance which provided an opportunity to bargain with the seller. I knew exactly what I was buying due to the team’s due diligence and guidance on what the property had to offer - and what I should be concerned about. Through Terri’s excellent negotiating skills, I bought the property at a discounted amount leaving me plenty of room to afford the needed updates. Since Mo-Minski already had an excellent crew put together for me, I was able to start the repairs and remodel immediately during a time when it is challenging to get skilled contractors.
Mo-Minski’s ability to execute at all levels provides a level of trust you just don’t get with other agents. They were a joy to work with and I can’t suggest them enough.
