OMG!!! I don't typically use a dry cleaner, BUT after my experience this morning I will definitely go back to Modern Cleaners!! Customer service: on point, efficiency: on point, offering additional services to accommodate busy schedules: on point!!!! I will NEVER take my comforters to a laundromat again! I will certainly be back!!!! Thank you for making my morning!!!

They young guy that works there is a little prick smart ass. He was very disrespectful. I took them my expensive sleeping bag that is rated for -35. It is not supposed to be dryed in a dryer. It has specific directions on the tag. They used that method anyways. I now have a feeling my sleeping bag will not keep me warm when I'm camping in Montana this November. Very very rude customer service. Not very professional at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. I wonder if they will buy me a new sleeping bag if I freeze my ass off when it's -15. I really thought taking my expensive thing to a professional would be the right thing to do.
