Molly never replies her emails. It has been 1 week and I am still waiting to hear from her. She was a referral from my cousin who is using her to remodel their home. My cousin has had the same experience, even though Molly is on retainer, it takes her at least a week to get back to her client. Can't imagine you keep clients this way!
I have the absolute great pleasure to be a part of Molly's team. Her projects are always tip top and on time!!! Great details and use of the space. Her ability to put together all of the aspects and coordinate all the sub contactors is amazing. At the end of the project, it looks just like the renderings that were provided months in advance....
