This host is a cheater. We ordered a cabin from them on Airbnb. The house didn't match the description at all. No Internet, no signal, no hot water. It completely ruined our Christmas. We ended up leaving 1 day early and the host promised to refund that day. Then she reneged. Very professional customer service at arguing, lying and cutting contact off.
