A belated review, but we have used them twice for refrigerator problems others have not been able to fix or would not work on. We have built in and Mike has been able to diagnose and fix the problems, even coming over on a day off to complete a repair. After living out of ice chests for 2 weeks I sure did appreciate that. I highly recommend!

What a fantastic job! On time, diagnosed issue with burners on older stove. Fixed it fast. Also checked the oven and range fan and light. Super friendly and professional. Annette in the office was equally superb! We have rental properties and have worked with many technicians. Mike is one of the best!

Dryer went 'kaput', no heat. Went to Morro Bay Appliance and got a Thermal Fuse and replaced to no avail. Called and they scheduled an appointment with Mike within a few days. Mike was on time for the appointment and determined it was the heating coil. He actually had one in his shop and returned the next day on a weekend to replace. Once again, on time. Thirty minutes later we were good to go. Awesome staff as is Mike. Good to know we have a 'go to' Appliance store for all our needs.
