Vincent the salesman helped with getting a particular faucet and researched past receipts to see if we could find a warranty. Unfortunately he didn't find the old receipt which was several years ago but we bought a new one and it came earlier than expected. The account team helped me quickly. Everyone at Pacific Sales was great.

Thank you Meliza for helping me select the perfect refrigerator for my home. I was able to go into the store and get information on multiple brands and styles and Meliza helped me narrow it down to one. She made sure to make the process easy and smooth. We love the LG appliances we bought at Pacific Sales--all three of them! LG Stove, fridge, and Kitchen Aid dishwasher. We saved a lot by timing the purchases for the Black Friday sales. We're loving our large Kohler sink, as well. The customer service has been quite helpful, including on one return item (a sink liner) that we didn't realize was past the return date and didn't need.
