Great customer service. They really are nice even when there's a problem, they aim to please and to keep their customers happy. They're very patient and set up appointments immediately. Their response time is immediate and they ensure they've communicated in all ways.

Been seeing some creepy crawlers running about my property went ahead and initialized service for an entire year to keep pest out with all the weather changes and the heat around the corner figured I would get a head start. Vanessa was so informative and very clear about what the service entails and I love that I have a warranty so if I need service between my next scheduled service for any reason it is at no cost to me. Peace of mind is always great to have. Appreciated the professional but human experience, Vanessa. Our technician was Steve and he was also very knowledgeable about the process and did a very thorough sweep around my property to apply the product to keep pest away. It was also very nice how professional the young man was as I woman I respected this a lot. All around happy so far and grateful this business exists. Employees are running a successful business and Moxie owners should be proud to have them as employees. Thank you.

Just converted from another service. The rates are comparable and the Moxie approach seems a little more thorough. Observing the technician at work from inside the house, he seemed to be very conscientious about his approach and treatment. I will know more as time goes on...
