I wish I could be among the many folks who've left positive reviews for this company, but we unfortunately could not be more disappointed by our service from Sentry. When we saw several lines of ants right outside our property, we decided to proactively address the problem before the weather got too hot and drove the ants inside our home. We called Sentry to come out and resolve our ant issue, and they seemed to. They reminded us that we could have them come back within their 30 day guarantee/warranty period to spray once more since we had more ant colonies on our property than normal. When we called to schedule them to come back out within the guarantee/warranty period, they told us that another technician wouldn't be out in our area until the 30th day. We figured that should be fine and scheduled them for 7/22. Well, turns out the ant problem wasn't resolved and during the high heat this week, the ants made their way into our kitchen from several entry points. We called Sentry right away to ask that a technician come out as soon as possible since it was an emergency, and they just told us the same thing - that a technician wasn't going to be out in our area until 7/22 even though their website specifically says about their 30-day guarantee/warranty "What we CAN PROMISE you are free services if a problem arises. Just call us anytime and we'll be out by the next business day." How were we supposed to wait until 7/22 to resolve an indoor ant problem that we had originally called Sentry to prevent? We ended up calling a different pest control company to come out - and paying twice - to take care of the issue. I'd avoid this company if I were you, as they seem to be OK with causing problems for their clients and then expecting us to wait for them to conveniently be in the area before they could be bothered to fix them.
