Had a hellacious day trying to help my daughter with car issues. She had happens to park in a private parking lot. Well when I was finishing up this security firm was threatening my daughter and myself. What kind of people are you, monsters and sickos. Threaten us again and ill see you in court.

Had a similar thing happen to me as to what happened to Mr. Johnson. Was waiting for my buddy to give me a jump in the parking lot of a store I visit regularly and this old guy who I can only describe as a douchebag shows up and acts like waiting there is the worst thing in the world. Pulled across the street buddy gave me a jump made it home replaced the alternator and things were fine except how much I disliked the unbelievably bad attitude of the guy who showed up. Really he was the least professional most despicable person I have met in years. He had no reason to behave in the manner that he did and I can only conclude that he is a piece of trash. Any company that employs this kind of person is going to incur a poor reputation and rightfully so.

We have used MPSS for as long as I can remember and on more than one occasion we know for a fact that their patrols have prevented break-ins. they have always been easy to contact and work with. I look forward to many more years working with them.
