They do as best they can. They only treat your current symptom and release you. No referral. Rarely do extensive testing. Just bandaid out the door.

Could have driven to Seattle for our emergency. I don't know how they get away with such exhausting and extravagant wait times. It's been over 4 hours and have yet to see a doc.
