It’s cold and icy today but this store was open. I was hoping to buy a couple of last minute Christmas gifts for my wife and out of town daughter who is visiting this weekend. They both wanted new keyboards and I discovered this store was both open and near me. So I went there to see what they had. I realize that it’s a ‘drummers den’ but did see some keyboards on wall displays and in boxes but only a few were accessible. Most were hidden behind drums and other inventory. I was only able to find one price tag and I was unable to tell which of the few people in the store actually worked there. No one acknowledged my entrance or presence nor did anyone offer any assistance as I struggled to get close to the items I was there to check out. I could have interrupted the conversations that people were in the middle of but I didn’t. I waited for a few minutes but finally left. I get that we’re not supposed to expect much in the way of customer service anymore but I left there a little frustrated that no one seemed interested in helping a customer that made somewhat of an effort to shop there today. I opted to login to my Sweetwater account and will wait a few extra days for the two new Korg’s to arrive on my doorstep.

Great store to shop for music gear! Lots of drum sets/snares/cymbals, guitars, bass, and keyboards to choose from. I regret that I waited so long to step foot in this place. After my first visit, I've found reasons to go back almost weekly.

Great store if you love drumming. Lots of kits and great selection of cymbals. Prices aren't bad either.
