My husband, Dave, and I have worked with Tim on multiple occasions. He is always professional and honest. We would not use any other Broker! Tim and his staff are very helpful and always there to take care of any situation we run across. We can not say enough about them and always recommend My Smart Lease for any owner or renter!

Hello I am new here in California. I applied for unit that has been available for over a month. I followed instructions to pay for application process. They were answering the phone when the application was being set up but after submitting the application no one has responded to any of my calls. I am still trying to rent the property and the agent that showed me the property said he would like me to stay there. But no one will answer my calls to even give me status update. Usually you hear back next day or day afterwards from most companies. Can someone tell me why no one answers the phone and why did you take my application fee if you weren’t going to rent to me.
