Best price, service. Had an issue that had nothing to do with Napa Wood Stoves, but they stepped up and took care of it for me. I think the excellent service was even better than the good price.

Reviews I have been reading can’t be real. The woman who runs the store is rude. She hooked me up with somebody to help me install my pellet stove and the guy ripped me off. Consumer beware stay away from this place.

A great selection of gas and electric fireplaces as well as accessories. The store is a tad cluttered, but that creates a "down home" feel. The sales associate was friendly, professional and patient with answering questions. The store has traditional and modern fire place styles.
