Mattress is pretty good but only lasted about 18 months. Noticeable sagging in the middle and sides. All recommended maintenance was undertaken. Naturepedic warranty is worthless as is customer support.

The customer service was incredible! The ladies working were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I did not purchase that day but was given a quote for a mattress! With this customer service I will definitely be back for my future mattress purchases and sustainable bedding!

We really appreciated the customer service of this company. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating while helping us navigate through our mattress choice. He went out of his way to make the process easy and was great with our kids as we were trying out the mattresses. We highly recommend his store and the Naturepedic company.
