Terri Hagen served as our realtor both in the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home. She was outstanding and a pleasure to work with for each transaction. She was professional, timely, and efficient. Terri has an understanding of realty and construction and noted items in homes we may have missed. She promptly found information we needed and knew how to dig deeper for the full details. She has several quality contractors who responded quickly when we needed work done. Terri was AMAZING! I will forever recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell a house in Kitsap county. She literally held our hands throughout the whole process of buying a house she was there for every inspection and every walk through, she even dumbed things down for me and my husband when we had questions because we were first time home buyers. There was never any pressure to buy, and she was honest with us every step of the way even when we thought we liked something but she didn’t think it fit all our needs, She made sure we ended up in a house we absolutely love. She’s professional and courteous, I cannot rave about this lady enough!! If you’re on the fence go with Terri her main goal is to make sure you end up in something you love.

Terri Hagen was our realtor. We interviewed 3 different realtors and we are incredibly happy with our final choice. We chose Terri because she was personable and professional. She was communicative but not overly invasive. I could tell she wanted what was best for us and we mattered...we weren't just another client. We were moving overseas and were out of the country for closing. She was accommodating for our situation and helped arrange all the necessary appointments (house cleaning, minimal repairs, etc.). It was so helpful to entrust these tasks to her and know that she had vetted the people she recommended. We 1000% would choose Terri again and recommend her highly to anyone seeking to purchase or sell a home.
