West Sacramento ledger failed to publish my name change timely. Consequently, I had to drive 40 minutes each way to the court to schedule a new hearing to give them time to publish my ad because they dropped the ball the first time.
After they published my ad for 4 weeks, they did not contact me to give me my proof of publishing for the court and I missed the court date again.
Now I have to start all over again, file new paperwork, drive to the court gain, and pay another newspaper to publish my name change.
West Sacramento ledger has the worst customer service and professionalism ever. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They are the cheapest for a reason and that’s because they lack customer service and efficiency.
