Adam did a great job; a thorough inspection on a house in Langley that allowed us to negotiate a price adjustment on the house to reflect the needed repairs such as chimney, plumbing (some Poly-B) electrical, garage door safety, branches touching roof, etc. We highly recommend Adam. He is professional and friendly. Got right into the crawl space to inspect the foundation and structure as well and found efflorescence on the concrete wall and made recommendations on how to fix it eventually. Next Inspections also provided a professional report with lots of clear photos. Thank you Adam.
