Cannot recommend highly enough. Reis was communicative at every step leading up to the inspection, showed up on time (and even gave us a heads up that he thought he was on schedule but might be delayed by traffic well in advance), and was very friendly and professional. He was masked and very clearly taking COVID precautions very seriously, which was greatly appreciated. The inspection was extremely thorough compared to others I've had in the past, but still completed in a time that seemed more than reasonable.

At the end of the inspection Reis gave me a tour of the house from top-to-bottom and not only covered everything he planned to put in his report, but also gave lots of additional context about why it mattered, how it could be remediated, and how soon action was needed - this is the kind of above-and-beyond experience that separates the best from everyone else. He was upfront ahead of time about the possibility that he would be unable to perform a requested service, and when it turned out that he was in fact unable he recommended someone in the area that could.

A wonderful experience as a homeowner, and a truly nice guy to boot. You couldn't hope to do any better.
