So we had a water leak that was spraying out by our house. The guy from Nob Hill Water came and shut off our water. He said our main line was broke in half. A few days later my brother had somebody else come over to fix it, and the other person said it is not broken. So for NO reason we went without water showers and flushing the toilets. This place is RIDICULOUS!! Hire people who know what they are doing! WE ALSO DESERVE SOME COMPENSATION OR MONEY OFF OUR BILL!!

6 years and I have no complaints. They provide the water my family and I need/use everyday. They are pretty easy to work with as far as the office goes, though they only take checks lol (get with the times! Am I right?). Their workers I normally observe, never had the need to interact with the crew but today I took exception. I have a fire hydrant in my front yard and was curious to find a small crew and some interesting equipment preparing to do something. They were busy unpacking equipment and positioning but one was intently scrutinizing a sheet of paper. It turned out to be a map of the neighborhood. The employee politely informed me that the hydrants are flushed this time of year and that they were also using the time as an opportunity to gauge water flow along with determining the direction of flow. I could have questioned him more but we both had jobs to do so, with a smile and a nod we parted. My spirits were lifted and my curiosity satisfied. I'll have a few questions when I see them next year...cool looking contraptions they had!
