We showed up in CA with a partially built solar system in our self-converted school bus. We were so lucky to find Daniel with Nomadic Solar through a mutual friend! Daniel lives in a van himself, so he really understands the needs of full time nomads. We now have a fully functioning system with no issues so far! I just wish we had worked with him from the beginning so he could help guide us in our purchasing. We made some mistakes in buying from Home Depot and Daniel was able to correct our mistakes and get our solar up and running. Solar/DC power is surprisingly complex, even for your average household electrician (who we hired for the first part of our electricity build). If you are considering hiring a pro, hire Daniel right away so he can do it correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively from the start. He's very flexible (and mobile), and worked with our schedule. Not to mention he's a super cool guy and fun to talk to while working! Thanks Daniel! :)
