I had a horrible experience in this Nordstrom. I was being helped by an amazing employee, when suddenly what looked like the managers came up to the employee helping me and very inappropriately yelled at them for no reason about a situation that had nothing to do with me or the employee. I felt like I was put in a hostile situation as a customer! Very inappropriate and managers should be more considerate of their employees and the customers that they are helping.

They have a no “try on bras” policy and no return on them either. Absolutely bonkers. They shouldn’t even sell intimate for that matter-

Terrible. I have been waiting years for Nordstrom Rack to open In SLO. Have been to many others and have always found great items. This store carries a bunch of low quality no brand stuff. It’s literally just a bunch of stuff. So sad. No employees anywhere to be found. It’s just a packed mess.
