Coming from someone who works in a luxury service based environment, Nordstrom’s customer service has declined so much in recent years. I spend A LOT at Nordstrom (ambassador status) and I wanted to exchange an unused, unworn, tag still in tact item purchased on the anniversary sale for a different size and they wouldn’t give me anniversary pricing for an even exchange. Yet they take back people’s worn, used, and destroyed items? Also, Pamela at the customer service desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve dealt with her on many occurrences and it is always the same poor customer service. Can’t say I will continue being as loyal to Nordstrom as I have been for the past 10 years.

I love the smell of Nordstrom when you open the double doors. The air sucks you in as you walk into the magical world of retail therapy. fashion and everything else that will make you feel fab! A new outfit meant power. The love affair begins at a very young age in the children’s shoe dept. Getting your foot measured, a balloon and a bright shiney new pair of shoes!! Sold!

I am disappointed in this high-class store and the older lady with long black hair at the creed colone for men counter. I was disappointed and upset 😡 pissed she felt the need to hug my husband and even kissed the back of his collar. That was unprofessional and down out rude of her. She should never put her hands on a customer more less a husband with his wife next to him. HR something needs to be done!!! What's corporate number??? Is this how you treat every customer?! KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOUR SELF!!!!! I really want to get a lawyer.
