Selfish, inconsiderate, quasi-governmental agency. Carelessly and recklessly spend tax-/rate-payers money on expensive fleet vehicles and equipment and "rebuild" expensive unnecessary office and maintenance facilities that are not needed especially when the City of Shoreline will take over all water supply functions soon. They are just trying to spend/waste all of the rate payers capital before that happens.
