CrossFit Basic is the first "CrossFit" gym I have attended. I started approximately a year and a half ago now and the more I do it the more I love it. Its become a disease, but in a great way. The facility is great with the new location and the equipment is fantastic, everything you need in a CrossFit gym. Aaron and the coaching staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Some of the greatest perks of CrossFit Basic is the scheduling and the membership rates. They have a more broad spectrum of class times compared to other boxes and I don't think you will find another gym with better rates for the product. I am overall very satisfied with CrossFit Basic and encourage everyone I meet to try it out.

I have been off and on working out at Northwest Athletics Club for the last 5/6 years. I appreciate the knowledge that coach/owner Aaron has with lifting and helping members achieve their goals. I set PRs with his help that I couldn’t have done at other gyms. He focuses on all muscle groups in a way a lot of other CrossFit gyms don’t do. I had ACL replacement and had knee pain everyday for 6+ years thinking that was just going to be my life. Aaron showed me many additional exercises to do before and after workouts and I haven’t had knee pain since (3 more years later)! The members are all awesome and if you want to get strong/fit and have a good/safe time doing it - this is the place to go to!

I've been at Northwest Athletics for almost 10 years and couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I love the close community and the class sizes make it feel like you get your own personal training from Aaron. He is super knowledgeable and I like that the workouts are already created for you and are challenging.
