If NO stars was an option, that’s what I would have chosen. These guys don’t believe in customer service. I have left many voicemails, sent letters, and an email to discuss my bill and no one returns my calls, messages, or letters. Instead, I continue to incur late fees and interest fees while disputing charges from a previous invoice.

DO NOT employ this company! Our home was trashed and Leslie didn't return phone calls - we have to put thousands of dollars into fixing the repairs & then heard nightmare stories from the neighbours about the tenants that Leslie approved to be in our home. The account lady is one of the rudest people we have dealt with. They didn't seem to do an exit check-list as we found so many problems & the tenants weren't even charged for the repairs - we were going to receive a bill from Northwest Management Exclusive for damages done by the tenants! If there was a a 0 star we would choose that over a 1.
How this company is still is business is beyond our understanding!!

If it was possible to give minus stars I would! They are discrimatory, they try to keep your application fees even if they never run a check. They try to say that black mold that is in the wood of the window seals is burn marks from the sun hitting the product. When Andrew showed up to show us the property he walked right past us did not say hello or he was just unlocked the house and walked in looking board an inconvenienced that he had to show us the property. It was dirty, moldy and Leslie's son ( Andrew) knew nothing about the property if they planned to replace the stove and dishwasher from the 60's that looked barely functional and were again covered in nasty ness. They will claim they sent you an email or left a voice mail when they in fact have not. Leslie is rude, talks over you or just bluntly lie to you. They take your application and the fee then say things like " well I am seeking counsel because I think in Washington we only have to accept one service animal per household. If that was the case then Leslie and her sons should have been up front about discrimination towards those who are disabled. If you can avoid this lying, money hungry, dishonest, shady "family run" business I would!
