The personnel was excellent; that is, she was very informative, showed me the actual storage areas to assist me in making an informed decision about size capacity. Also, she was willing to answer my questions, and she has a friendly smile. The only negative for me about my experience is the price of their units.

Manager Belinda is amazing! I dont know what i would have done without her. Ive been renting here for almost 4yrs and Belinda makes me feel like family☺️

Northwest self storage The website was easy to navigate and to reserve my unit and to even pay online and the price was better than a lot of other storages in the area and the on-site manager. Belinda was very helpful and friendly I will use them again
