Paying for a whole month even though the storage is empty. No refunds. Not s good place to rent. Every place I have needed to rent a unit would pro rate for the days in use and refund the rest. I was told no refund. But what do you want to bet. The will rent the unit this month and double collect for it. Just can't believe they di business like this.

Paid on time for 8 months. When I went back to my unit I found lock was gone and items I’d stored were gone. Place has NO cameras. I had paid for insurance but because lock was simply gone (probably cut off or jimmied) and there was no damage to unit itself, they declined my claim. Steer clear would be my advice. Not a happy customer.

Bad service and over priced. I started with one unit and was a customer for a year and then needed a larger unit so I moved across the hall and they doubled the price even though it was advertised at a cheaper price. Also, after years of being a customer I moved to a different city and tried to plan ahead to get my things out and not have to pay rent for the next month but because I couldn't get my stuff until the 1st, (I used it for ONE day the last month) they charged me for the whole month. If you want to offer good customer service, wouldn't you prorate?? Especially if the customer gave you 3 weeks advanced notice! I will never use this company again.
