Ed is AMAZING. My husband and I are/were first-time homebuyers. Ed not only did an incredibly thorough pre-sale-inspection, he patiently explained everything he was assessing and was awesome with our 4 year old child (he let him use his infrared scanner!). His report is now are go-to for prioritizing our to-do list.

Ed was super knowledgeable about home construction and was very thorough in his inspection. He was able to help answer any questions I had throughout the process, and even managed to raise many points previous inspectors had missed on the home. Very friendly as well. Highly recommended.
