Carl was fantastic and we'd highly recommend him. He was quick to respond and was able to do a same day pre-inspection which really helped us make a house offer. We've done several pre-inspections with other companies and Carl's was incredibly thorough. He expertly communicated the faults of the house and fixes that would be needed. He also shared photos for all of the noted issues.

Carl is hands-down the best home inspector you could ever hope for. I can't recommend him highly enough, and I will use him for every future home inspection need that I may have. He catches every little detail and explains complicated issues in simple terms, including his own advice. Carl is kind and razor sharp, focused on the mission at hand. We had him inspect a large property that we were considering purchasing as an investment, and he went above and beyond in every way, even continuing to connect via phone with our realtor after the fact as a sounding board. Carl is knowledgeable and thorough. We are dealing with an old home and Carl gave us an honest and complete review of the condition of the home, and a general idea of what items should be dealt with sooner than others. We could not have been given a more useful report. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Carl for your home inspection needs!
