I’ve seen Elizabeth two times now and both sessions were fabulous. I hadn’t had a reiki session in a long time and didn’t know what to expect. I felt energy moving through my body and mind and healing occurring. Elizabeth is a great listener and so gregarious, I felt very held and seen . I will continue to see her and glad she’s opening her own space. Grateful that I found her !

I have received Reiki from Elizabeth. During my session I was succumbed to a mind tap, informed something was bubbling in my shoulder, and false information she received regarding my relationship with my father through my knees. I also had to listen to her inform me that someone was performing witchy things on her such as making the lights go on and off in her residence.
I have since learned much about Reiki. Enough to know that her behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.
I write this review not for myself, but for all to come in seeking her services. There are plenty of great practioners out there. Elizabeth Sewell is not one of them.

I was stressed out about work and woke up frequently in the middle of the night with jitters for a few weeks and was looking for relaxation methods and ran into videos about Reiki so I’ve decided to give it a try. I had never done anything healing other than massages and was suspicious about energy traveling from one person to another… I was shocked and humbled after the session though. Liz sent me the energy remotely. I felt some tingling and twitching in one of my legs followed by a feeling of someone stroking my hair gently. I was really surprised that would feel anything at all. I fell asleep soon after and didn’t wake up in the middle of the night. We tend to refuse to acknowledge things we can’t see, but it’s hard to deny the power of physics and nature once you have felt it.
