Teresa is a wonderful lymphatic massage therapist. She listens and cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable about therapy and healing as well. I would recommend her to anyone needing lymphatic therapy. She was amazing to work with.

Where do I begin?! I don’t think I could have recovered from surgery without Theresa. She is a massage therapist, but also cared for me like a nurse. Just being around her energy is healing. I did 7 lymphatic massages with her and wish I could have done more. Just the right amount of pressure and soothing needed. She also gave me a lot of advice and resources for recovery. I’ll truly miss her and have already shared her info with my friends who have surgeries coming up. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! AMAZING Lymphatic massage therapist. Theresa knows what she’s doing!! I tried multiple massage therapists in Orange County. In my first conversation with Theresa, I learned quickly that she was highly specialized. For example, she cautioned me that a proper Lymphatic massage does not use oil. I went to 3 other massage therapists before her, all used oil (which impacted my incisions). My doctor confirmed the same- no oil as it can remove my bandages prematurely. When I got a massage with her the first time, it went very well! I felt great! And she warned me to drink some water with some salt in it. I did not do as she instructed, but boy did I wish I had! The next day I woke up very dizzy and got a blood test and was checked by my primary care- my doctor recommended I immediately start liquid IV asap to bring up my electrolytes!! I’ve continued to go to her and I’ve healed up beautifully. I always look forward to our appointments. :)
