They are still working on a few things, but management is nice, the place is clean, pool and spa are clean and great temp. Our housekeeper was great. She had a smile for everyone and was working very hard. Things that need some work are customer service at the front could be less casual both in the way they dress and in the way they chat with customers. Some minor repairs could be finished. Not storing siding on the patio of the room. The shower head. Please for the love of all that is holy, replace the shower heads. No pressure, half of it was clogged, no movement. Mounted so low you must be under 5 ft 5 to shower comfortably. The shower can make or break a stay. Not enough pressure to was the soap off. I would have been better off going back to the pool area to shower. The beds and pillows need a bit of an upgrade. Even just upgrade the pillows, and folks would sleep better.
