I have had very good experiences at this Office Depot location. I am quite satisfied with the recent experience purchasing a new desktop computer. Harris, my tech support sales rep., was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was getting everything needed on the new computer.

I give the manager 5 stars. After an error was made, Teri went above and beyond to look into the issue. She corrected it very quickly. It was very heartwarming to see how much she cares about this store, the customers and the employees who work there.

Online order pick up is ridiculous, employee tells me it’s not in there system yet i have the confirmation and a charge out of my bank account. I had to go through and pull the order up and it turns out they just haven’t picked the item off the shelf for pick up but it went through. I’m never going back to this store I don’t understand how hard a online order can be
