This location is the worst and has been for many years. The heads down sales manager ignored me and my daughter while waiting at the print counter. When I finally received service from another associate, I was informed a rush fee would be applied. They had plenty of staff to support my very small, single page laminating job but it’s typical for this location to never go out of their way to actually help. When I brought the sales leaders ignorance to his attention, he very seriously told me ‘I have a store to run’ instead of empathetically listening or god forbid, maybe offer a solution! Words of advice, you won’t have a store to run if you’re treating your community this way. I will bring my business elsewhere.

I am Judy’s husband. The shopping was made easy and fun by the clerk who was completely upbeat and competent to make my shopping smooth and positive. The clerk I am pretty sure was Ellie should be teaching others how to serve customers in her way.
