I come here all the time, and have positive and negative experiences, like all places, but on Monday I was helped out by an employee named Johnson and he was so caring and attentive and just made the whole experience so much better! I do wish this location had more items in store (and not just order ahead) but Johnson made the effort to search all of the shelves to find the boxes I was looking for.

Most office supply stores are a desert these days. James the Customer Relations Manager was all over the floor helping folks and help me from start to finish. He remembered me from the day before and immediately went to go get my chair and bring it out for me. It’s rare to have that kind of personal touch and excellent service and someone that knows totally what’s going on. But all the difference nice work James
I should note whenever I need to buy a chair or furniture I go to OfficeMax because it’s one of the only office furniture showrooms in San Francisco where you can try on the furniture and sit down and test it and touch it, measure it, feel it. And it’s affordable. Cost only $15 to put my chair together very fast.

This office man is like the rest I've been to. It's quiet. Usually not busy. Office supplies everywhere. I find what I need when I need it. They've been in business for very long time, (this location) and hopefully for a lot longer too. Nothing really to complain about. Just an OfficeMax store doing it's thing.
