LOVE Old Navy! My first 'buy online, pick up at store' experience was A+++. Staff was helpful and explained how I can use curbside pick up next time😁😷. Oh yeah, and I love my new hoodie (on sale!), too😀.

Well to start, old navy has stepped up it's sizing game!! Not only do they have extended sizes UNDER their standard sizing category, but they actually carry this sizing IN THE STORE! 2 reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. There is sooooo much stocks so the store looks messy and and gets messy because stuff isn't being out away nearly fast enough. Also, weirdly, I found a lot of the clothes with dust and dust bunnies from the floor on them! Gross. I assume having slightly less stock on the floor plus sweeping the floor every day would fix this issue.

My husband got several shirts for work at a good price. My 12 year old daughter didn't find any details. Overall staff seemed in sink with each other and their duties, store was clean and managed well
