This review is long overdue, but I wanted to just extend my gratitude to Olivia for the outstanding job she did. When I came into contact with Olivia, I was already in the process of buying a home with another broker. However, my experience with them was not good. Because this was the first time I had attempted to buy a home I have to admit I was a bit ignorant of the process, and because I worked 12-14 hours a day I had little time to communicate with the lrnder/agents in a timely manner. I had to hand off some of that responsibility to my spouse. The continued failures and ineptitude of the other agency I was working with waa frustrating and, in some cases, postponed the process, which sometimes led to additional fees. At one point, things began to crumble, and I became overwhelmed and was close to giving up and ending the whole thing. That's when my spouse sought Olivia's help. After receiving advice through Olivia, I recognized rightbaway that she was vastly more knowledgeable about the process than who I was originally working with. I immediately let them go and transferred everything to Olivia. From that point, everything went smooth, and a short time later and my family was moving into our first house. A year later, I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Olivia, and I highly recommend she be your first choice.

BEST LOAN OFFICER EVER!!!-To say the least!. Olivia was a tremendous help in order for me to achieve the dream of buying my first home. I'm in deep gratitude to her for her perseverance as my case of buying my first home was NOT easy at all. Olivia never GAVE up and never QUIT on me or on the peculiar situation I was in with my job and getting approval from the banks. She strived to get me the help I needed and just wouldn't stop looking for solutions. I clearly remember how one obstacle after another would pause us and she'd just look for another solution to prevent the obstacle from stopping us, she did this from the beginning to the end-NON STOP! Even the people on our owm team seemed to almost doubt us and she'd always say calmy "There's a solution to everything". 👏, I'm truly amazed and thankful for people like Olivia who take they're job/live hood to another level to try to help individuals as much as possible. If I could buy another house one day, I would definitely only go with Olivia. I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing their first home,buying another home, or for anything that has to do with real estate.

Olivia is hands down THE BEST!!!! I know everyone else has their own unique story or circumstances, but my situation was truly different and difficult. I had my own personal issues going on, as well as being teamed up with one of THE WORST realtors ever!! He was so bad the selling agent wanted to back out of the deal just to avoid dealing with him. Olivia stepped up and pretty much ran everything through her between the two! She worked hand-in-hand with me every step of the way to make sure everything went as smooth as it possibly could. There was no question too big or small, and she was ALWAYS available to answer questions and help out!! I know for a fact I would not have closed on my house had it not been for her!! I’ve never seen someone go above and beyond the way she did!! She even suggested the house I purchased to my realtor when nothing else was available!! I am forever indebted to her!! Whenever I re-finance my house, or go to purchase a new one, I will make sure Olivia is the first person I contact!!!!
