Maurice has been fabulous in helping us with our Olympic hot tub. In this day and age which sadly poor customer service is so common, I certainly appreciate the advice and cheerful yet profession nature of Maurice both in the store and via telephone.

Kimberly is simply the best!!! From the word go, her communication was flawless and Kimberly's service top notch! I always felt like I had her as a partner in my transaction rather than a sales person. Even on her days off, she managed to at least send me an email if I had questions, which made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Even after the transaction closed, Kimberly was still just as available and happy to help as she was at the beginning. I really appreciate how valuable Olympic and Kimberly made me feel as a customer!

I stopped here first looking for a hot tub. Then looked every were else that i could find. Ended up in Fifth and bought the same tub. I should have just bought it here. Instead i wasted a whole day driving around. The gentleman here was very friendly and knowledgeable.
