Got completely screwed over here. My provider was fine and so was my general experience. However, almost a year later I got a bill for $500. They told me they were in-network with my insurance, however, they were not in-network with SEBB leaving me liable almost a year later. Super frustrating to not be transparent about that.

Front Admin is extremely rude and acts like they have the worst job ever! Place was clean and well kept, so I'll give them that. The girl who did my kids sports physical was obnoxious and should learn to be patient with kids, because you just don't know if someone has a learning disability.

Physical therapist are wonderful 😌 front desk staff are rude and snotty tone on the phone, and in person, most patients are elderly treat them with respect...lord don't cancel or be late they will discharge you immediately. I'm going to bring this up with my medical staff.
